Let me shake your hand

Picture taken 9.07.2011 in Kharkiv city, Ukraine, in one of the city parks (named Artema park). There's at least a dozen of squirrels living there, and they are somewhat cautious because of the homeless dogs sometimes walking in an area. Normally they are active in the morning, searching for food in the park. The best time to catch them is seem to be 8...10 AM.


Some squirrels in a city parks can take food from a palm. It takes some time to get them accustomed. No fast movements, no loud cries and some food - and they became friendly enough to "shake your hand" (or a finger ^_^ )
